We want to assure you that our Hotel Privacy Policy complies with the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Greek executive regulations. We will explain the reasons why we collect your information when you visit our hotel website by making a direct reservation, filling out the contact form, or sending your details by asking us a question about room availability (Request Booking Form). We will also explain to you how we handle your information, how we safeguard and protect your rights, and how long we keep your personal data in our hotel database.

What is your personal data and information that we collect?
When you enter your personal information to make a reservation or use our services, we will definitely ask you to provide specific personal information, including your full name, email address, contact number, registration, and payment details.
When you visit our website, we may and will continue to collect information through Google Analytics or our web hosting server about the pages you have accessed or visited as well as information about the use of our website, for example, the pages you have viewed, the website from which you came to our website or this link, the changes you made to the information you provided to us and your transactions, including the use of cookies.
What is the purpose of using your personal data or information?
We may use your information for the following purposes:
1. In the normal course of our business, we can manage your booking on the basis that processing is necessary to execute your booking request or your direct booking with our hotel to provide our services.
2. In order to be able to understand your personal preferences, to adapt the services that we will provide to you as a guest in our hotel.
3. Save your data in relevant fields to make it easier for you to re-provide the information you are interested in when you revisit our hotel website.
4. To contact you and send you information about the products and services that we think you may be interested in.
5. To ensure the legitimate interests of our hotel, there is a Closed Circuit Television to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and customers.
6. The provision of certain personal information is mandatory if you are going to use our services. If you do not provide such data, we will not be able to provide our services.
7. We retain the data from the contact form for a certain period of time for customer service, but we do not use the information submitted to it for promotional purposes.

HOTEL POLICIES
Reservations/Cancellations
All Bookings made on Thea Residences are subject to these Terms & Conditions. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a booking.
Refundable Reservation
A booking is considered valid when you deposit the amount of advance that is 50% of the total amount of the booking. Every customer in the reasoning deposit must inform us about the date of arrival and departure, as also the name in which the booking is made. The deposit shall be made within 2 days from your booking; otherwise, the booking shall be cancelled without prior notice. No booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided. The balance of your Booking (room rate, VAT, stay-over tax and any service charge) shall be paid in full at the time of your check-in. During your stay, we will keep track of the incidentals charged to your room on a daily basis. All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel.
In general, the cancellation policy for hotels is as follows:
The normal rates are cancellable up to 21 days before arrival without a charge and any deposits will be refunded in full. If cancelled or modified later, until the day of the check-in, 50% of the total price of the Booking will be charged. In case of cancellation or modification after the check-in the 100% of the Booking cost will be charged.
Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking. In such circumstances, you will be given a full refund, but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to our Hotel.
Non-refundable
For rates marked as “Non-refundable”, we require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the booking which is non-refundable and the Booking non-changeable.
Payment methods
Possibility of payment by bank deposit only.
Kitchen Use Policy
Guests are responsible for the proper use of kitchen in their rooms/suites. Preparation of food that may produce long lasting odors in the room is prohibited. The room shall be properly aired during and after the kitchen facilities have been used for any type of cooking. (pause the A/C and open the windows during cooking) The ventilation must be used during cooking. In case the room/suite is delivered with strong food smells that have permeated the furniture and fabrics, a cleaning fee of $350 will be placed on the guest’s bill before or after check-out. Guests are responsible for cleaning and washing up the dishes and used cookware after each meal. Housekeeping is not responsible for kitchen cleaning or washing up used dishes and utensils. If you have no intention of using the kitchen and you’d rather not have sharp objects in the room where your children may have access to please notify us. We’ll be happy to remove them from the room. The hotel will not bear any responsibility for accidents that take place due to parents’ negligence or failure to avoid unauthorized use of any of the kitchen appliances and accessories by minors.
Policy for children
Children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by parents / guardians at all times during their hotel stay. The hotel does not bear any responsibility for incidents/accidents due to parental neglect / unsupervised children. Parents / guardians are responsible for the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the room’s kitchen. We will be glad to remove sharp objects from the room and exclude the use of devices to avoid accidents. The hotel will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by unauthorized use of appliances and kitchenware by minors.
Pets
Our hotel does not accept pets.
Limitation of Liability
Guests are responsible throughout their stay at the hotel for the safekeeping of their personal and/ or valuables, money, etc. The Hotel shall accept no liability for loss, destruction or damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence. It is highly recommended that upon arrival at the hotel, guests lock up their valuables in their room safe or in a safe deposit box. In any other case, the hotel shall not be liable for any loss or destruction. The hotel is exempted from any liability if the loss or damage sustained due to negligence of the customer or other persons residing with him or visits him. Also, the hotel will not be liable if the damage, destruction or loss due to force majeure (earthquake, fire etc.) or any extraordinary nature. The hotel is entitled to refuse items of exceptional character.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Contract and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it are governed by Greek law. The Greek Courts of Municipality of Pyrgos have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with the Contract, including disputes relating to any non-contractual obligations.
